On our way up to Saddleback Mountain this past winter, Kristin and I stopped to meet with Rich and Meredith to chat about their wedding. In that first meeting we talked about a timeline for the wedding and I recall making a few suggestions about setting aside enough time to really capture some fun, creative and artistic photos for their album. I recall talking to these two about the idea of surpassing the traditional wedding photos and creating something unique that no other bride will have. Something their parents wedding album didn’t contain.

Months later when we reconnected to chat about the wedding, it seemed that some of my advice really stuck! These guys wanted to go hog wild and “shoot the moon” with their wedding photos. They had planned a record 4 hours for doing a private bride and groom photo shoot before the wedding. 4 hours is more time than I have ever been given and my head almost exploded with excitement just thinking about the fun we could have with these guys!

On the day of the wedding the heat index was well over 100 and we decided as a team that we had better cut the photo shoot down considerably in order to keep people from looking poorly for the service. IT WAS SOOO HOT!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to thank you both for making your wedding day an absolute joy for me! The heat was tuff but your willingness and excitement to have fun with your photos made for an amazing day! Your investment has paid off with some of our best photographs ever!!!!
