Samantha & TJ
Somehow I envision a 5 year old Samantha sitting around the house playing with her dolls and planning her wedding day. White doves, a prince and a big white dress might have been the dream at the age of five. But on this past Saturday the dream had more to do with celebrating the fact that she and TJ adored the ground that the other walked on. This wedding day was so perfect that even a major rain storm could not keep TJ and Sam from being happy.
These two walked on a cloud of smiles despite a crazy hurricane just off shore producing biblical-style rain. We had planned a ton of different photo ops around town but when it was a guarantee that it would rain, we took our shoots inside at the Immanuel Baptist Church just across from the Eastland Park. The lighting inside this church is sooo amazing and the formals of the service of and the bride show it. Just great light!
Congratulations Samantha and TJ, your wedding was perfect! I had so much fun sharing your day with you and getting to see all the people you love so happy for you. I wish you the best in this exciting time and as I watched your first dance on Saturday I recalled fondly my own first dance as husband and wife. You both brought me back for just a moment and for this I thank you.
