Every so often I get to photograph a wedding for a friend. As a rule I avoid this, but there are of course exceptions, and I couldn’t be happier for those special exceptions. I’ve been friends with Rusty for over 10 years, and we’ve both endured the challenges of finding our one true love and all the heartache that comes with that search. When he met Sarah it was obvious that he had found the person with whom he would entrust his heart for the remainder of time. They’ve started a life together and seen each other through life’s journey in a way that sets a standard for people around them. When they decided to marry and asked me to capture their wedding I knew it would be a fantastic day, full of emotion, love, family, and friends, and of course one hell of a celebration.
